Keith Saieed, founder of K Sade
Ventures, LLC
and a North Carolina native, was born into the Commercial Real Estate
Industry. From a very young age, his father, Thomas Saieed, instilled in
Keith a solid work ethic as well as an in-depth knowledge of the highly
competitive real estate and construction industry. Keith has over 24 years
of commercial and residential real estate experience, specializing in
construction, development and site location.
Mr. Saieed attended the University of NC in Wilmington, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Upon graduating, Mr. Saieed obtained his real estate license and began selling. During his residential tenure, he began working as a project manager on several commercial construction projects with his family’s 36+ year-old construction company, Saieed Construction. Mr. Saieed then spent several years with Drucker and Falk Real Estate as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, facilitating many commercial real estate deals. One of the largest commercial properties, Falls River in North Raleigh, NC, more commonly known as Bedford community, was a 600- acre project consisting of single-family homes, multi-family homes, community center and many additional amenities.
After gaining commercial and residential experience with highly respected
real estate firms, Mr. Saieed opened his own commercial Development company
K Sade Ventures LLC in 2013, focusing on commercial and residential
development and re-development projects.
Today, Mr. Saieed continues to
operate his own real estate Development firm. The knowledge of his staff
combined with strong alliances in the real estate market allows K Sade
Ventures LLC to be on the leading edge. The firm currently focuses on
brokerage and development of commercial properties, consisting of
multifamily, retail, office, new home communities, site acquisitions and raw
land. The firm’s greatest asset is the ability to locate and identify
highest and best use of land parcels for our clients and apply aggressive
marketing techniques as needed.

Jennifer Summers is a highly skilled Real Estate Broker in Wilmington, North Carolina. She gained her North Carolina real estate broker license shortly after
college and began her career with Beazer Homes as a new home sales counselor for 10 years. During this time she was nominated for Sales Person of the Year in the
Triangle MAME Awards, named Beazer’s 2008 Agent of the year and was Beazer’s MVP of the quarter multiple times. Jennifer has also won the Triangle Sales and Marketing
council for highest dollar volume and number of homes sold resulting in an induction to the Council’s platinum and gold circle. After Beazer Homes Jennifer took her
expertise to Stevens Fine Homes and was licensed under Coldwell Banker Sea Coast as a Builder Specialist for the company for 2 years. Jennifer joined the KSade realty
team in 2014 to assist in consultation and development in new home communities in the Raleigh and Wilmington North Carolina markets.
Since Jennifer has started her career as a real estate broker she has managed four new home communities which resulted in a 97% satisfaction level for recommendations from her customers. She has introduced a new product line in the Raleigh and Wilmington area. In Raleigh she generated 65 sales and 13 million dollars in new homes and generated 50 sales and 20 million dollars in the Wilmington area.
Russell Moncure grew up in Raleigh, NC, and attended N.C. State, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. Upon
graduation, Mr. Moncure moved to Charlotte and built a successful construction business.
Realizing he always had interest in the real
estate brokerage business, he pursued a career in real estate in 1998. After obtaining his real estate license, Russell began a successful
career began with Builder Services Inc., a division of the Allen Tate Co. It was there Mr. Moncure became a new home sales counselor.
In 1999, Mr. Moncure received an opportunity with Crossman Communities (now Beazer Homes) and became a very successful new home sales
counselor over the next three years. Russell won several Charlotte MAME Awards for closing several million dollars of real estate for five
consecutive years. Russell also was named Crossman Communities salesperson of the month several times during his tenure.
In the 2003, Mr.
Moncure joined Devine Realty as a partner. For twelve years, Mr. Moncure assisted in the growth of the company by building a team of agents,
helping to create a company brand and developing unique marketing strategies.
Russell continues to be a multi-million dollar producer and joined the K Sade team in July 2015. Mr. Moncure with his vast experience and knowledge of the Charlotte are will focus on residential and light commercial brokerage sales.
Harrison Tulloss is passionate about
redefining real estate by offering a superior level of service,
innovative marketing and highly personalized to meet his clients needs. He
and his support staff go above and beyond what other brokers are willing or
have the skill set to handle in this fast moving market.
Harrison started his career in real estate over 25 years ago. Harrison’s background in real estate include a B.S. Degree in finance, North Carolina Board of contractors Residential & Commercial Qualifier Agent, project management, development & new construction. Harrison is a licensed real estate Broker (NC License #183466), selling real estate since 1992 in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary areas.
Harrison has his affiliate brokerage license with K Sade Realty & Investments, LLC. They are a commercial brokerage, development and consulting company with projects in Raleigh/ Charlotte/ Wilmington NC concentrating currently on the development of apartments & commercial/retail sites in NC Education University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) — B.S Degree in Finance/ 1992 with Honors.
